We offer:• 4 hour trip (half-day) – $425 (Add $50 for each additional person after 3) 4 hour trips are based on one tide phase if we fish inshore and a quick run to local reefs/wrecks for offshore species. This trip can also be booked for the afternoon. Very flexible!• 6 hour trip (3/4-day) – $525 (Add $50 for each additional person after 3) Excellent option for a beautiful day inshore for a variety of species. This is the most common trip if we’re going offshore for bottom fishing or trolling. It gets us back before any summertime weather builds up & really pays off if the fish are biting and the weather is beautiful! Great deal here!• 8 hour trip (full day) – $650 (Add $50 for each additional person after 3) I’m all yours! We can fish high and low tide phases here, support an entire day offshore/nearshore on the local reefs/wrecks trolling or bottom fishing. This trip allows us to cover the most ground and a great opportunity for a variety of species!***I always have great deals for military!*** |
Its looks like they only have one boat to go deep sea fishing. On their website they offer fishing reports about weather, here is some information from there fishing report:
“We’ve not had huge numbers of flounder yet with 6 being the most in one trip but I certainly expect that to change after this brief cooldown. They readily snatch finger mullet and shrimp on an appropriately weighted jig or Carolina rig and are still my favorite inshore fish to catch! I’ve kept detailed journals for the last 7 years and it has been consistent that we’ve caught more of these fish on the last of an incoming tide. However, larger ones have been taken on the last of outgoing.
TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, Procedures)
Bull redfish are on fire right now with the spawning season well underway and most likely until November’s full moon. Tide changes have been better for me when fishing for bull reds with a low to high being the most productive. So far, the best fishing for me has been in around 35 – 40ft of water near deep drop-offs/junctions. Most have probably heard that before and I’ve been asked some questions about identifying drop-offs. Basically, look at your nautical chart for where you’ll be fishing and you’ll see depth gradients (lines with numbers) depicting depths. Choose the ones with a significant difference and a junction (creek or other runout) nearby.”
Like they said inf the fishing report they have kept records for 7 years so you can be assure of a great trip with knowledgeable captain.
They offer Sea memerials:
At-Sea Memorials Captain Kris understands firsthand the attachment one can have for the water and has performed his share of burials-at-sea while in the U.S. Navy. He would like to extend the chance to offer your loved one an at-sea memorial service, as well. Our professional crew ensures a respectful environment on our boat so you’re able to properly say goodbye to your beloved relative or friend and we’ll denote the coordinates/time of the service on a provided certificate. $200.00 |
I will be planing my trip soon with a mens group from church next month and if we do go I will update my readers on the trip and what we caught.

1.Buyer Guide for Kayaks Paddles
I went shopping online at 4 different online stores to find the right paddle for my kayak.
The first store I went to was REI to get more infomation about buying the right paddle for my new kayak. There are a few thing to think about shift, blade, material and price, and last length. By choosing the right paddle you can save yourself a lot energy. Here is some information from REI:
Figuring out the right size (length) of paddle is surprisingly straightforward. The wider your boat is, the longer your paddle needs to be. Your height is also a factor, especially for a narrower boat: Taller paddlers need longer paddles.

2.How to find a good kayak rental company?
I like traveling and trying new things. I have been to 20 different city this past month. I have enjoy good food, good weather, roof top bars, and the beach. I also have enjoy learning and listening to interesting people. There are different rental programs across the country at universities and colleges. I came a cross a program about the local University of North Florida (UNF), they offer “Gear Check-out & Adventure Trips.” The students can use the gear for free, for example, kayaks, canoing, and rock climbing.
The programs offered University of North Florida (UNF) allow students, staff and visitors to learn about team work in different environment. I like to see programs like that be very success like it is at our local university.

Best Fishing Practices
Many anglers plan ahead and incorporate best fishing practices using tips to ensure safe and responsible angling. Thank you to fisheries.noaa.gov/national/resources-fishing/catch-and-release-best-practices or providing the following tips:.
Plan Ahead
Know your fishing regulations and have the necessary equipment ready to release fish that you do not plan to keep.
Avoidance
Develop fishing skills to target the size and species you desire. Change location, depth, or bait to avoid catching fish you do not intend to keep.
Appropriate Gear
Use appropriately sized gear that is targeted to the species you desire to catch. Use circle hooks when planning to release fish and where they are required.
Landing Fish
Do not play the fish to exhaustion. Use line strong enough to minimize playing time. Land the fish quickly and if possible, release them while still in the water.
Handling Fish
Use knotless, rubberized landing nets and rubberized gloves to avoid removing the slime layer from the fish’s body. Keep the fish horizontal and support the body. Avoid dropping the fish, especially onto hard surfaces. Use release tools, such as dehookers and recompression tools, to minimize handling. Release fish as soon as practical and do not keep them out of the water longer than necessary.
