General Regulations
All anglers fishing on City of Oklahoma City waters, including the three lake reservoirs, Stinchcomb Wildlife Refuge, Oklahoma River, Kitchen Lake and all “Close to Home” waters, must abide by the following regulations:
Hours
Park hours are 5 a.m. until 11 p.m. Anglers who have a city fishing permit and are actively engaged in fishing activities are allowed to remain in any park or on City-operated reservations between the hours of 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. (Ord. 38-87)
